Oxford Health are seeking to appoint a highly experienced, Associate Director to the Oxfordshire, Bath North East Somerset, Swindon and Wiltshire Mental Health Directorate.This role is a great opportunity for a senior leader to join an experienced team whose services are nationally recognised for their innovation and dedication to delivering outstanding care.

This role will oversee and lead the delivery of our CAMHS and Adult Eating Disorder mental health services across Bath/North East Somerset, Swindon and Wiltshire and the management and development of our CAMHS Tier 4 Provider Collaborative Network and the Adult Eating Disorder HOPE Provider collaborative Network of which Oxford Health is the lead provider.

Our CAMHS and Eating Disorder transformation programmes are already well established with the implementation of new clinical and service models across the region, including specialised commissioned services in both CAMHS tier 4 and Adult Eating Disorders where we are fast- tracked to becoming Provider Collaboratives. In addition, Oxford Health has been selected as a trailblazer site by NHSE for the children and young people’s mental health initiatives of Mental Health Support teams in Schools and a trial of National 4 week wait time standard, attracting significant further investment.

We are looking for a candidate with a sound understanding of clinical services and a comprehensive track record in delivering effective operational management and leadership, performance driven outcomes and in leading successful large-scale service change. The successful post holder will have extensive experience of developing and managing tenders and contracts as well as the ability to engage staff and stakeholders and build long term successful collaborative relationships beyond organisational boundaries.

This is an exciting and challenging role, involving operational management, transformation and strategic leadership of a broad range of services and we are looking for an exceptional individual who shares our values and who can be highly influential across our organisation and the wider health and care system. You will have  a proven commitment to continuous improvement and will be able to demonstrate the ability to contribute to and support wider portfolios.
