We are looking for a Full Time Administrator to work with our friendly team at Salisbury Community CAMHS. You will need to have administration and audio typing experience and show you have worked in a busy office with ever changing priorities. You will be a key team player in providing support to our Department. You must have proven ability to work under pressure, prioritise workload and use own initiative to enable you to provide support within a busy department.
The successful candidate will communicate directly and manage inquiries from patients. You will be required to provide audio typing support to ensure clinic letters are typed in a timely manner, diary management, communicating with patients and staff, and covering for other members of the administration team when they are on annual leave or sick leave.
You will have a knowledge of medical terminology and attention to detail. You must be able to demonstrate excellent IT skills and experience of working in an administrative role. The successful candidate will also have excellent organisational and office management skills, a good telephone manner and be able to communicate effectively.
This is a full time position working Monday to Friday from 09.00hrs until 17.00hrs
