Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust has been rated as Good by the Care Quality Commission (CQC).

We are a responsive and innovative Foundation Trust that places our values of Caring, Safe and Excellent at the heart of everything we do. We take great pride in our staff and believe that investing in you is key to us achieving our vision of outstanding care delivered by outstanding people.

We work with a wide range of partner organisations to deliver care and support to people in their own homes and from a number of hospitals and community bases. We focus on delivering care as close to home as possible.

We are looking to recruit an experienced Data Analyst to come and join our exciting, innovative and successful service TalkingSpace Plus.

TalkingSpace Plus is the Increasing Access to Psychological Therapies (IAPT) service in Oxfordshire which provides evidence-based psychological therapies over the telephone, online or face to face. We support over 11,500 people a year who are struggling to manage common mental health conditions. The TalkingSpace Plus service is delivered in partnership with Oxfordshire Mind, Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust and Principal Medical Limited.

In this role, the data team is the first point of contact for all service data needs and you will provide, monitor and analyse all data reports and submissions for both local and national data requirements. This to ensure the service meets its key performance indicators. You will also advise senior managers of any developmental requirements.

It is essential that you have good IT and data analysis skills and experience.

We will offer training to help you develop further and provide excellent supervision and support in your role.

If you are a team worker with enthusiasm and motivation, we would love to hear from you
