Staffing Solutions, Oxford Health’s in house temporary staffing bank is growing. Do you have great admin skills and a real desire to help people? We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to support managers to fill their temporary staffing needs and to act as a first point of contact for temporary workers, recruitment agencies and managers.
Successful candidates will be liaising with managers, advisors who manage our internal bank staff and agencies to ensure the shifts are advertised appropriately and managers are kept up to date with progress. Postholders will need to have good prioritizing skills and attention to detail ensuring agency workers have the appropriate training and identification clearance before adding them to the temporary staffing system.
Acting as the first point of contact you will need to gain a good knowledge of our rostering and temporary staffing systems as well as our staffing policies and procedures in order to guide staff and managers
You will also need to work closely with the wider temporary staffing team and build good relationships with team managers to ensure that the bank meets their needs and resolves any issues. Postholders will need strong influencing skills and previous administration experience. There are lots of opportunities for career development within the team.
Working as part of a team you will be required to work on a rota basis between the hours of 6am and 10pm Monday to Sunday
