The City Community Hospital is looking for an enthusiastic and hard working individual to join the administration team on a permanent part time basis.
Working hours will be Monday – Friday 16:00 - 20:00. However, a degree of flexibility is required at times to help provide cover. The successful individual will be motivated and enjoy working in a challenging and busy environment providing c comprehensive administration service. Occasional Saturday work will also be required, this would be additional to your contracted hours and paid on a separate contract.
You will need to have excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively deal with a diverse range of people in a sensitive and confidential manner. Good organizational and IT skills including Microsoft Office are essential. You will be a confident individual who is able to use their own initiative to manage competing and conflicting demands.
