We are looking for  full time band 6 Health Visitors to join our teams in the City of Oxford.

Children’s services within Oxford Health was rated as ‘outstanding’ in our last CQC inspection.

You will be leading a skill mixed team of community nurses, nursery nurses and administrative support workers with the support of locality team leaders. You will have excellent communication skills and be committed to improving health outcomes to children and families.

Our Health Visitors in Oxfordshire deliver all  5 core contacts of the Healthy Child Programme and you will have opportunity to join work streams covering  DoH 6 high impact areas contributing
