The Oxfordshire Crisis and Outreach Team is a well-established, clinically excellent team who offer the following services;

  • Crisis wrap around services to support the Oxfordshire locality CAMHS teams.
  • Assertive Outreach comprising of home and community treatment packages with an extended service which offers intervention to adults from 18 to 25.
  • Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) treatment which is a specific intervention for young people with emerging Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD) traits, or who have poor emotional dysregulation.
  • An extended OSCA service which offers OSCA intervention to young people ages 18 to 25

We are looking for a Clinical Team Manager who is confident and enthusiastic, with a flexible approach, who has experience of working clinically with young people and their families. This post is offered as a Fixed Term opportunity for one year to cover maternity leave.

The post holder would work 9am-5pm Monday to Friday but would be expected to join an on-call rota.
