Deputy Ward Manager – flexible options available

Are you an experienced Mental Health Nurse who would like an opportunity to develop and expand your clinical, leadership and managerial skills?  If so we would like to hear from you.

This important role supports the Ward Manager and Modern Matron in improvement and innovation on the ward and helps to lead the multi-disciplinary team.  You will also have a key role in supporting staff to provide high quality patient care.

The ward commits itself to ensuring that care delivery is based on collaborative and continuous assessment of mental and psychological needs, risk reduction, physical, spiritual and social needs.
