The post holder will work closely with the other Team Secretaries within the Administrative Team in providing effective and efficient administrative, secretarial and general support to the team, as well as working directly for identified managers.

You will be required to provide timely, accurate and confidential administrative services to the Community Eating Disorder Team. You should be proficient in the working practices of the Unit including the Patient Centred Computer System, Carenotes, however training will be provided.

The postholder will have access to vulnerable people in the course of their normal duties and as such this post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975 and as such it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service to check for any previous criminal convictions.
