The North and West AMHT are losing a valuable member of staff and are looking to replace her with a conscientious and pro-active Administrator - is that you?

You’ll provide secretarial and administrative support to the AMHT members as required. You’ll maintain diaries and records for the team manager and community lead, which include arranging meetings, preparing papers and minute meetings where necessary. In addition, you’ll receive telephone calls using a high level of initiative and responding in a confidential and sensitive way and action in the appropriate manner.

The Team can offer an interesting and sometimes challenging post to the successful candidate. We are looking for a proactive team worker with a sense of humour and willingness to contribute to the smooth running of the North and West Adult Mental Health Team.

You will be able to work independently but also as part of a team, organise your own workload in order to meet deadlines and be willing to resolve situations where appropriate. You will be able to manage a busy workload and have excellent attention to detail. This is a fantastic opportunity for an excellent communicator on all levels.

The postholder will have access to vulnerable people in the course of their normal duties and as such this post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975 and as such it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service to check for any previous criminal convictions.
