Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust has been rated as Good by the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
We are a responsive and innovative Foundation Trust that places our values of Caring, Safe and Excellent at the heart of everything we do. We take great pride in our staff and believe that investing in you is key to us achieving our vision of outstanding care delivered by outstanding people.
We work with a wide range of partner organisations to deliver care and support to people in their own homes and from a number of hospitals and community bases. We focus on delivering care as close to home as possible.
We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our multi-disciplinary forensic inpatient team as a Staff Nurse on a fixed term basis of 6 months.
You will have a good knowledge base, excellent communication skills and a flexible and positive attitude. You should have a caring, non-judgmental and inclusive approach and be committed to the delivery of safe, high quality care. Experience in a secure setting may be an advantage but is not essential.
Our team works hard to ensure high quality patient centered care is at the heart of everything we do and our staff are supported in their roles and encouraged to develop. As a team member you will receive ongoing support and development to enhance the care you provide to the people we support.
This is an exciting opportunity to demonstrate and develop your skills and ability, whilst continually improving services and providing hands on quality care to our service users.
