The Urgent and Ambulatory Care Service (responsible for the provision of Out of Hours GP services across the County, working 7 days a week 365 days a year) is looking to recruit.
Receptionist/Drivers to join our pro-active, dynamic and dedicated Overnight Out of Hours Teams in various bases across Oxfordshire.
We have a wide range of shifts available across all our locations (Banbury, Bicester, Oxford, Witney, Abingdon and Henley) from Monday to Friday , 1800-2300, 2300-0800, and Saturday and Sunday between 0800-08:00 – this will be on a 4 week rolling rota.
Following a substantial training period, you will be responsible for; supporting GPs and Clinicians to manage the flow of patients and waiting rooms, drive clinicians to visit patients in their homes, general administrative duties and stock/equipment handling.
You will work in close liaison with Driver/Receptionists at bases across the county within the service.
Flexibility to respond at short notice, be able to cover in the event of sickness and work planned extra hours to cover holiday is advantageous.
